Instructions

  1. Fill a clear glass or jar 3/4  full of water. If desired, mix in food coloring.
  2. Add in 1 tbsp of baking soda and stir.
  3. Add 1/4 cup of uncooked, instant rice.
  4. Add in 1-2 tbsp of white vinegar.
