A big thank you to all that helped on the Jewellery stall and to all the children who helped make some of the items that went on sale. We raised over £100 for the school! Also a big thank you to Martine Callaghan, who donated lots of the beads, materials and know how. The club will re-start later in the Spring Term, in preparation for Mother's Day.
Jewellery Club Autumn Term
It has been a great start to our jewellery making this term. We have made floating necklaces using beading wire and crimp beads, created stretchy bracelets and made simple earrings. We even tried some knotting techniques with Macrame. Well done to everyone who took part.
Autumn 2nd Half Term
This half term we will be making more earrings, trying a Japanese braiding technique called Kumihimo and creating multi strand invisible necklaces.
If you would like to take part in this club we have a few spaces now available.
